As our 'Getting to Know Paddy' exhibition comes to a close, we've arranged two events. They both focus on the difficulties we encounter when addressing mental health concerns and delve into the power of creativity in helping us navigate these challenges.'
In advance of the January publication of his book How We Break a conversation with the author and professor of health psychology Vincent Deary and clinical psychologist Angela Kennedy. Join us for an insightful discussion about how life can push us all to the edge and how we manage those turbulent times. You’re invited to be part of the conversation!
Dr Vincent Deary is a writer, researcher, and practitioner health psychologist. His trilogy of books bring together his clinical and academic interests, along with his interest in philosophy, literature and popular culture, to paint a portrait of human life, suffering and well-being.
