Pure Professionalism

I have been an NHS leader in mental health for some time after qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 1994. I have been at the forefront of trauma informed and compassionate leadership developments and set up a UK wide network for change. I have delivered programmes of work and embed co-production and lived experience in all that I do. I set up regional staff support services during covid and commissioned lots of creative or collective healing opportunities. I am a feminist visual artist and have co- delivered sixty ‘music for wellbeing’ events. I am currently making a documentary about how healthcare staff survive their own suicide attempt.
